I'd say that your suggestion might be very logical, but the fact I don't see the same blur with RF 70-200, still locks my thinking it is the lens.

The reports of "shutter shock" are that they don't happen with every lens, and almost always at speeds at 1/250 and lower.  I personally haven't seen it on my R7 but I also usually shoot at higher speeds as I shoot wildlife.
