What I found yesterday was that I can get much closer to a damselfly than I can to a dragonfly.  And they stay put longer.  I actually had to back away with the 150-400 to be able to focus on the damselflies.  The 60 macro would work well, I think for the less skittish subjects.  I've used the 60 for lots of stills, mainly machinery, however.  Thanks for taking a look at the video.
