Focus stacking fails in OM Workspace 2.02
1

Images shot with EM5iii and 60mm macro on a tripod in focus bracketing mode.

When I try to stack in OMW (Tools>Composite Images>Focus Stacking), even with as few as three frames selected, it always fails regardless whether ORF or JPG files or the Focus Stacking options I select. Sometimes the error message "failed to create image for editing, insufficient memory" appears at about 40% completion, sometimes the message is just that it failed.  I think the message once or twice even said "...must use compatible lens".

All other features of OM Workspace that I have tried work without problems, including Tools>Composite Images>Multiple Composite.

My PC meets all of the requirements to run OMW (Intel i5, 16.0 GB RAM, 64 bit, NVIDIA, 600+ GB free disk space, etc). Task Manager tells me I am using only 41% of memory. I am able to use AI noise reduction successfully.

I can stack in Photoshop (or Zerene or Helicon trial versions) but I would like to see how OMW compares.

Any suggestions?
