You don't really find out how well your video flows until you show it to someone for the first time and start to squirm when you realize that something doesn't work really well.   They don't even have to say anything, somehow the mere fact that they are watching makes you much more aware of its shortcomings.

If you enjoy making videos you'll probably enjoy editing them as well - you just have to find some software and get familiar enough with it that you can do what you want easily without having to stop to figure out how to do it.  Once you're at that point you may find the editing process to be just as fun and creative as the shooting of it was.
