Mechanical - electronic shutter behaviour

I am aware of the differencies between the two but I noticed some strange results while taking some tests shots with a newly acquired used X-T2 to see if it works ok. To be honest I have noticed the same thing with my X-T20 so I wouldn't say it is a body thing. I am also not sure if it is a shutter or AF quirk. This doesn't happen often, but it is annoying at times. Also, it never happens with the 10-24mm or the 27mm which are the other 2 lenses I have used.
So the issue is that with the xf 18-55mm and ES I get fuzzy images sometimes (and never while using MS), while with the 50mm f2 and MS I get fuzzy images sometimes (and even more rarely while using ES) so the exact opposite. The following shots were taken seconds apart from each other for the same lens but at different days for each lens.
Any clue about why that happens ?
The 50mm f2 shots first.
50mm ES
50mm MS
and the 18-55mm shots taken at 55mm
55mm ES
55mm MS
Fujifilm X-T2
