P.S. Your EF-S 18-55 f3.5-5.6 IS STM lens will work just fine for video. I have it myself. It's a good lens, and excellent for the job. All reports are that the older Canon lenses work as well or better on the Canon mirrorless cameras as on the SLRs, so I would not hesitate at all using it with any of the Canon APS-C mirrorless cameras.

(But as I wrote before, it's much better on APS-C than on full frame.  Get the R7 or R10.  Did I mention that the R7 and R10 will give you fabulous child pictures with the lenses that you have?  Or just about any other pictures, for that matter.
