Banding on Z9

Hi,
I've read about the risk of banding showing up in photos, but I seem to remember that this only happens at slow shutter speeds.
I'm currently editing my photos of a live concert by Swedisch guitarist Yngwie Malmsteen and noticed (what I believe to be) banding in some of my photos.
Below you see an unedited RAW photo exported from Lightroom to JPEG at a resolution of 2000 x 3000 pixels. On the photo above and around the head of the guitarist you can clearly see the banding in de red background.
Nikon Z 9 with Z 70-200mm S @ 99mm - ISO1800 - f/2.8 - 1/320s
Is there a way to prevent this from happening?
Or is there a clever way to get rid of this in post-processing?
Or is this just one of the disadvantages of a shutterless camera?
To prevent further flack from forum users I would like to go on record here that I love my Nikon Z9 and have been very content shooting various Nikon DSLR models from 2008 to 2019 and shot with the Nikon Z6 for the past 3 years.
To my knowledge MILC's that shoot with electronic shutter ("silent shutter") are more prone to suffer from banding than MILC's shooting with a physical shutter (see this post: https://www.dpreview.com/forums/post/61073384).
Its not a mystery. The lighting-induced banding is a function of a) the trtansit time (faster is better), and b) the distance from the "curtains" to the sensor (higher is better, and ES is zero).
With my Nikon Z6, shooting with physical shutter, I never had banding issues. I shoot most concerts with shutter speeds around 1/250 to 1/400 (sometimes a little slower if the artist is more stationary) and got great shots without banding.
With the Z9, which lacks a physical shutter, you effectively always shoot in silent mode. So the risk of banding is always present. Even with Photo Flicker Reduction switched On, as was demonstrated by my photo in the OP.Confronted with the banding in quite a few images from that gig I am now trying to find out how to get rid of the banding in my RAW files using Lightroom (preferably) or Photoshop.
Of all the solutions posted here, since you are apparently not a programmer, the best alternative looks to be the Ps motion blur filter, as suggested by MCLV.
Any advice, help or explanation how to go about it would be very appreciated.
Try MCLV's suggestion.
