It's a HUGE fail for you, for your use case.  But not for mine.

For my use case, which is the Zfc with the 16-50 zoom, the stabilization is in the zoom.  It seems to work as well as my KP with IBIS and lenses from 15 to 70mm which is what I use for documentary photography.
