Re: 1200mm: Digital Teleconverter

As Micro Four Thirds users, are we relegated to diffraction-limited results here? Glancing at ebay I found f/11 to be the largest reputed aperture available from any lens @1000mm:

1000mm Sigma mirror is specced f/13.5

NIKKOR 1000mm mirror lens is marked f/11

Opteka 500mm mirror is f/8(sic) + 2x teleconvertor  is... ???

I wonder whether we can, instead, mount the cam to a 1000mm+   mirror telescope (e.g. Celestron)...

...and, if we can, which type of mirror (Newtonian/Dobsonian, Maksutov-Cassegrain, Schmidt-Cassegrain etc.) will provide a suitably-sized aperture at a a reasonable  an approachable price.

Beyond noticing "Celestron C90 1000mm f/11 Maksutov Telescope" among my 1000mm lens ebay search results, I haven't investigated the specs/availability/price of other telescopes.
