Re: Stuttering video, normal? Nikon Z9

As mentioned earlier, I'm new to this art form. I managed to rectify the footage from my GoPro 10. After rendering, I got a slight stuttering and shimmering effect. I'm using a program called Filmora II. I find it an excellent program. Anyway, I'm shooting 4K at 60fps and rendering in MP4 as well as MOV. No difference in the outcome which is played on an older Plasma TV. Still works after 17 years of use. I tried rendering the video changing bit rates, still no change. Then I rendered it using HEVC MP4. Video is clear, no stuttering, no shimmering. I have absolutely no idea why, but using HEVC MP4 seems to correct the issue. This tells me that perhaps it isn't from the camera, but in post. Hope that helps.
