Z50 or wait for the Z70/Z90

You have a DX camera and lots of DX lenses.

So did I.

Got the Z50 2 lens kit as a smaller lighter travel camera when my Panasonic zs100 was damaged and covered by insurance.

For travel/wildlife you need the extra reach the DX gives you, or bigger longer lenses.

I used my 70-300 P VR DX with ftz on it much of the time.

Since got a used sigma 100-400 and sold the 18-200, 70-300 and D7500.

If you have the 70-300 it is small and works great with the ftz, just needed more reach for birds.

The Z50 has the D500 sensor which is 20MP but very good in low light.

D5100 16mp so you have more to crop with.

Hawk at dusk ISO 20,000

Not that sharp but my D7100 wouldn't have gotten a shot because of the low light.

100-400 with TC1401 heavily cropped.

This pair was a good ways away.

Love my Z50
