Linux Users: HEVC 10-bit Files Stuttering???

To Linux users: How well do HEVC 10-bit files play on your system? Does your distro have good codecs?

If you have a moment, here is a short example file (about 180MB, it is not a very good video). Maybe you can download and try to play it:

I dual boot Win 10 and Fedora 36 (with Gnome DE) . The HEVC 10-bit 4:2:0 files from my Panasonic S-series cameras stutters A LOT with pretty much ANY app when I play them in Fedora 36 (I have tried several apps).

The same file plays fluidly when I boot in to Win 10.

The win 10 system and the Fedora 36 System are on separate SSDs.

I have asked for help on the Fedora forum, but it seems that other Fedora users are having problems playing the files, too. Lots of competent people have tried to help.

I might be at the point where I need to leave jump from Fedora to a different Distro if I can't get the hevc files to play fluidly. (Which would be a shame, because Resolve installs in to Fedora very easily without having to resort to hacks like makeresolvedeb to get it to work on Debian-based systems).
