Re: Is EF-M mount worth investing for a new user

So many responses.  Really appreciated.

I think the cost of the M6 II would put that out of my budget.

I quite like the look of the M100/M200 and M50  i and ii.  They seem quite small and lightweight.

I don't really shoot much video.  Photo wise I take pictures of anything you can think of.  That's why the FZ1000 was chosen and before I used on m43 the 14-140 (28-280mm) equivalent lens a lot.   I'm guessing with the better APS-C sensor and MP count I can crop if I went with the 18-150  (28-240mm) equivalent EF-M lens.

I have owned small m43 cameras without a viewfinder and found them great fun.  I do feel that the larger the camera the less chance I have of taking it anywhere.  At least wtih say the M100/M200 you can put a small prime on or the pancake kit lens to keep the size down.

I wouldn't be buying many lenses anyway, just a couple not counting kit lens.

I tend to get all my equipment used on deals I find from various sites I've used lots of times over the years.
