Pesky Metadata

I'm in the process of scanning a bunch of old negatives with my EM5 and 30mm macro. When I put them into their destination Word Press page, they all show the text OLYMPUS DIGITAL CAMERA. I'm able to remove this pesky metadata text in Gimp, but would sure like to know how to kill it in the camera; so I'm not spending five extra minutes fixing it for every single frickin' negative. Google says there's no way. Perhaps someone here knows otherwise. I'm fine with turning off metadata altogether. Never needed it for film, don't need it now. Thanks in advance...
