Excellent hiking images.

I too use the 16-55 for hiking (on a XT4). Great combo. For reach I use the newly acquired 70-300, which is proving to be an excellent lens. I also carry a 10-24 in a day sack.

Last year hiking in the English Lake District, I managed to set up the camera strap (a Peak Design Leash) by threading it through the loops on an Osprey day sack whereby the harness of the day sack took the weight. It was surprisingly comfortable and convenient.

I use the peak design clip on one of the shoulder strap. Here in Colorado I climb a few mountains and don't want any kind of weight shifting too much. It's been holding up so far and I have a very fast access to the camera (less interruptions while hiking).

Exactly. Best product PD makes. I use the capture clip v3 all the time. Best when immediate access is needed and it is stowed safely and securely.
