Ah, if I didn't already have two I'd buy it. By far my favorite NX. I actually prefer it over the NX500. Never used the NX1 but I already have a Panasonic G9 for video. Somehow the NX1 never appealed to me knowing that I can get the same sensor in the NX500.

Unfortunately my NX500 has a broken SD card slot since last week. Not sure what happened but when I pulled out my SD, one of the connectors got caught on it. Now I can't insert a card anymore. Will have to open it up and can hopefully fix it.

Regarding the Galaxy NX, there is no other mirrorless camera out there with a screen that size and I also love the instant Bluetooth transfer you can do without having to use the Samsung app. Which btw doesn't work for me anymore with my new phone.

I also think that there is something special / different about its sensor or rather processing. They say it's the exact same sensor of the NX300 but the processor is different. I find it gives me the most natural looking colors of all NX cameras I have used. The NX500 has some sort of grayish yellow green shade on there that I cannot get fully rid of in jpeg, even when I tweak the settings. I'm sure it's no issue in Raw. My favorite combo is now the NX with the 20mm. The whole thing is very light and I barely feel it hanging around my neck.

But I am considering slimming things down as well. If I can't fix my NX500 I am likely looking for another. I still love the output even though I prefer that of the Galaxy NX. And I like the exact lining up of the 20mm with my Ricoh viewfinder. I just got the 12-24mm last month and I don't think I will need the 16mm anymore. I also don't use my 45mm enough to justify having it sit in my closet. It's an outstanding lens, but I don't find myself using that focal length very often. I'm still deciding on my 18-200mm. I find it excellent paired with my Samsung NX Mini, but also very heavy. It feels more home on the Galaxy NX, but IQ is significantly better on the Mini since it crops the blurry edges.

Only considering to sell it to fund a PL100-400 for my G9 which will give me even more reach.

Just bought a NX3300 for pennies just to try it again after I sold my first, but the NX3000 definitely produces better jpegs. There is a clear difference for me. Will sell this as well. Will keep my NX3000, which I think is very underrated and probably the best deal regarding $/IQ you can get in Mirrorless at the moment.

The reason I have two Galaxy NXs is that they are so hard to find and I enjoy that model so much that if one breaks I have a backup waiting. But I have one here in the US and I keep the other at my parents' house in Germany, so I only need to bring a couple of lenses when I visit them.

I have two NX Minis for the same reason. To me they are a special model and a collector's item.

Currently I am mostly using my Fuji Xf10 and Ricoh GR but I always come back to my NXs.

I would not sell the Galaxy NX if I was you, if anything it is a collector's item, but I don't want to make it complicated for you as you already made your decision ;).
