So,what is the point of more megapixels with less than leading class autofocus. The problem I have is that there are too numerous reviews of the X-H2s and to my knowledge none of them have claimed equivalence or superiority to Canon or Sony even in their non-stacked sensor cameras. I own more Fuji cameras and lenses than I do Sony, and . My favorite of the several I own is the XT4. What is not said speaks volumes to me.
That is factually inaccurate.

They not only claim it, they prove it and show you it.
Let’s wait for full reviews based on production model. Tracking seems good but will the pictures be in focus. I haven’t seen much pictures, mainly videos showing subjects tracked by the camera.
The autofocus seems anyway good enough and not lagging competition anymore for sure. The wait was long I have to say but we are finally there ! And now that it’s out, I don’t know why I’m not excited. What’s wrong with me !!! Maybe the price.
Fuji cameras used to be lighter and cheaper. They are definitely not cheaper anymore and I think weight is the same as the A7IV.
I like my XT2 dials but coming originally from a DSLR, I think I could go back to a non-dial type of body. But it’s true that I use my compensation dial a lot.
I think I’m a bit lost right now on what my next steps will be.
Sorry for the rant but ideas are constantly floating around in my head and I had to spit it out like in a psycho-therapy session
They addressed that too in the reviews. There were some where they did 40 shot bursts and noted all of them were in focus.
This camera is the real deal and I’m speaking from experience, it is a beast.
