Most of my video recordings are with the Canon M50 MKII cameras I purchased because I can use the EVF viewfinder. On those cameras I also found a way to change the record start/stop button in the menu from the tiny (hard-to-use) button to the larger shutter button. Other people I noticed on YouTube use the DSLR cameras with the LCD⁶ screen and keep the cameras level and steady with a tripod or monopod. Being a "still photographer" I like to have good composition and don't want to have "unlevel" video (as much as possible).

Yeah, I changed mine to the shutter button too. Just seems more natural.
