Hello, Do you know of any windows alternatives to photosweeper or snapselect?

I'm in a similar boat. Basically want to find the RAW files (spread across various folders and drives) for my jpegs all within 1 folder. And then be able to move the RAWs into one folder.

I have a windows laptop and am looking for something which sounds like the above,
