Well, this music was actually free (yay!).

I used the basic Microsoft Windows "Photos" app, which also includes a very basic video editor. It comes with around 30, maybe 40 sound tracks or so, and automatically adjusts them to the length of the video.

Altogether pretty easy (and free), the hardest part was choosing which soundtrack to use! ("Photos" is the free, default app for photos and videos on Windows computers)

BTW there are paid (subscription) soundtrack providers some people use (eg. "epidemic sound").
