Z7ii for a hiking trip - lens recommendations

hey all, i've just sold my dslr kit which was a canon 5d mark iv and a 24-70 + 100macro

considering buying a Z7ii and a few lenses for an upcoming long distance hike (around 10 days backpacking & wildcamping)

would love to hear your thoughts on these setups, photo opportunities include landscapes, northern lights, some arctic foxes/musk ox if and reindeer if lucky.

1. travel with only the 24-70 f2.8 or maybe the f/4?

2. 28-75 only - is this lens good enough? i've read conflicting reviews online.

3. 35 mm 1.8 + 85 mm 1.8 (and maybe a 20mm 1.8)

4. 35 mm 1.8  + 70-200 f2.8

i know each setup forces me to miss some opportunities, but weight and compactness is of utmost importance, i'm trying to make the setup as diverse as possible.

thanks!
