Since they already have this brilliant image quality at base iso and you are happy shooting at base iso, what is left for them to accomplish?  What exactly are you looking for in a newly created Sigma camera?  Just better white balance?

No rush. The problem is that Sigma is chasing the agenda of every other camera company.

Don't they need to make cameras with better, more responsive handling, faster af, and other modern features as well as better white balance?  I mean, they do have to sell a few cameras to recoup r & d as well as production costs.  Vintage camera users may be quite happy dealing with the inconveniences of older gear.  But, what about new buyers?   If Sigma cannot attract young people with their camera designs, they will have a hole rather than a niche.
