The little pop-up flash on the Sony 6000 does a great job - so that is what I would use when reccing a place...

.. which is basically what you are being asked to do by the Real Estate agent.

After that, it's really up to you as to how much time and money you want to spend on creating each image...

.. but you need to keep in mind: the Real Estate agent won't pay you any more money, no matter how well you light it.
