R7 AF butterfly settings

I have BBF set to AF ON to spot.
But the behaviour is different from R5.

When I focus to butterfly eye the tracking window moves somewhere else before I press shutter. And When I try to recompose a bit, it is even worse.

My R5 is working quite fine with this settings:

My R7 is set

I tried change subject detection to none, eye detecton enable/disable maybe switching tracked subject to 0 helped a little. Should I disable subject tracking?
Result looks mostly like

And I am pretty sure I focused on eye at first. Lenses Was RF 100-500.

How do you solve this? Common situations, animals, people etc. are working good
