Colors are off when printing from Epson 3880 (pt. 2)

This is a continuation a thread I started about 2 months ago (same title).

Below is an example of the problem I have been experiencing. Below are (1) the file as seen on my monitor, and (2) the file as it prints. When I print the file, the background , which should be very dark (almost black), instead prints out with a much lighter background, which is barely visible in the image file. I didn't know that the background detail was there until I saw the print. Somehow the printing process is recovering shadow detail that I didn't know was there. Can anyone explain what is going on here, or what I am doing wrong?

The file is printed on Epson Premium Glossy paper using the Epson icc profile. Also, a nozzle check prints out fine, no gaps.

The background detail (fence and green foliage) is barely visible on the image file, edited in Raw Power v.3 (unless I raise the shadows—which I don't).

As it is on the computer.

But this is how it prints.
