My first wildlife camera was the D300s a year after it's release. Perhaps my favorite wildlife body in many ways over my subsequent D500. Perhaps it was more like: "you always remember your first."

The fast growing Z lens lineup has already matured into a very impressive tele lineup. I still have my D500 but I could at this time easily go for a mirrorless Nikon DX @ 30MP but would settle for a modern 25MP stacked sensor too.

What good are all those lenses if I have nothing to mount them on?

But see, somehow someone in charge at Nikon believes people will fall in droves for the Z50. Or maybe for the Z50 II. Oh now, maybe the Zfc, for sure. Oh no, the D30 is the ticket.

What I want is the Z9 in DX format. Is that too hard to imagine? Think D1, D100. D2, D200. D3, D300. Skip some, then D5, D500. Now it has to be Z9, Z900.  Not a mirrorless D3500, not a mirrorless D5000, not even a mirrorless D7500. It got to be a Z9 little brother, Nikon, don't bother me with anything else..

Some cameras, some lenses, some computers
