The video specs pulled from the camera's webpage (link) as listed below below the dashed line. I'm not too sure what over half of them mean. I'm pretty sure I would just need HD (highlighted in bold below). So HD is 1280 x 720 @30p.

Would that mean for regular video I should try settings: ISO - Auto, Shutter Speed - 1/60, Aperture - lets say F4 (this camera is Micro4/3 sensor)

Would mean for high speed video I should try settings: ISO - Auto, Shutter Speed - 1/240, Aperture - lets say F4 (this camera is Micro4/3 sensor)
