Thanks, TomV1.  The end of the video gave me an idea about using an old portable router TPLink MR3040 to act as a wireless router to transfer data from camera to phone.  Unfortunately could not reset the TPLink so I could not access the router settings.  (even tried the 30-30-30 method).

Anyone know if you can use a Netgear Nighthawk MR1100 without data plan to act as a router for camera to phone?

Due to bandwidth cap on phone hotspot I am trying to find a non-iphone hotspot method.
