R10 + 100-400mm rf as second camera to 5dsr

I've been thinking about getting a small light camera and a birding lens for a while, that can also work for sports (field and racing) as well as other uses.

I have a 5dsr but I use it mainly for portraits and landscapes, as its frustrating to use on birds (slow af/fps) or other moving objects.

I'd thought about selling my 5dsr for an r6, but I like having alot of mp to mess with later (plus no aa filter).

Has anyone tried the r10 much for birding etc? I saw a video of someone simulating an R7 using an r5 in crop mode, but that wasn't very comparative.

My biggest fear is the high F value and likely high iso with apsc performance (a stop difference likely), but the reach makes it like a 150-600 almost.
