go for it.
additional motion blur might make things a bit more surreal and less connected.

But also keep in mind that if you're shooting 24fps or 30fps and handheld, depending on focal  length you might also be breaking the "shutter speed-focal length rule"  where ideally Shutter speed is 1/focal length or faster.  - so not only will motion blur be more predominant, but also camera shake blur. - tho if you're shooting with a camera that has image stabilization that might not be as much of an issue.
