What will I find if I try using a 360 degree shutter angle?

The tradition is 180 degree shutter angle because (according to various web pages and YouTube videos) that is how the old mechanical film cameras work.  And I know that a fast shutter speed tends to lead to a yucky feel -- sorry but that is the best way I can describe it.  But it seems like a 360 degree shutter, which cameras can now appear capable of doing, would give us the truest motion blur.

I plan to go out and test this out but I thought it would be interesting to know what others have tried and found out for themselves.
