I'd like to suggest D3300 over D3200, for the ability to use AF-P lenses, and as the used price between the two bodies will be negligible.

Another reason is that while AF-P DX lenses are superior, they are less expensive used than the inferior AF-S DX lenses before them because only the latest bodies (D3300, D3400, D3500 in this segment) are compatible.

This is an excellent bang for the buck.

The D3500 and up might provide better ergonomics (better grip) but will be much more $$ for the same capability as the D3300.
