Min drive R/W speed for 4K video editing

When I edited 4K video from a 7200 rpm HDD, the playback was jerky and impossible.

When I moved the video to a SATA SSD, I have not experienced any sluggishness. The playback was smooth.

The SATA SSD is approximately 6x faster than a HDD in R/W.

Then I put a nvme SSD for the project and video. Again, the playback was very good.

The nvme R/W speed is 3x/6x faster than the R/W of SATA.

I think a SATA SSD is all you need for 4K video editing. The higher speed nvme is nice, but it is not improving anything for the task.
