Using a dial as min SS selector?

Is there a way to use a dial to scroll up and down on your minimum shutter speed when using auto ISO? It’s too slow switching between auto ISO settings (and you only get 3 options) and when going into manual on the shutter speed dial, I’m having to constantly adjust the SS dial so that I am not over exposed due to hitting the base ISO limit.

My ideal setup would be to have manual aperture, a dial to adjust min shutter speed and use the exposure compensation dial when i want to adjust exposure with ISO in auto.

Is this possible?
