I'm guessing the photos you included were JPEGs, possibly entirely or mostly OOC?

I have never shot a JPEG with my X100F. My raws processed in Lightroom are excellent.

We use our cameras very differently, I think.

You guessed wrongly. I exclusively process RAWs in Capture One these days after many years of cohabitation of LR and C1 ...

It seems we do use our cameras differently, but bear in mind that I also use a few other cameras and found the X100F lacking by comparison.

Of course any comparisons with an RX1 isn't fair as the Zeiss adds quite a bit of 3-D (or whatever you want to call this, chose a term of your liking). Like this:

I couldn't get anwhere near this rendering with the X100F I had.

DPREVIEW tested this camera in February 2013, quite a few years before I got my X100F in 2017. An oldie so-to-speak
