FYI, when retiming clips and interpolating new frames, a dedicated plug-in like Twixtor may do a better job.

Normally you want to follow the 180° shutter rule for natural motion blur, but if you plan to retime clips and interpolating new frames, then you need to use 1/2000 – 1/4000 shutter speed to reduce artifacts.
