Of course I wold love to retain as much quality as possible. The only video editing software currently in my PC is Corel Video Studio 2020 but I'm open to suggestions (cheap suggestions, preferably free suggestions if at all possible).
Of course, if it cannot be done, just break my heart... I'll be all right :')

You can rotate videos easily with the free program called LosslessCut. It is very fast with no loss of quality because it does not re-encode the video; it simply modifies the orientation flag in the file. LosslessCut can be downloaded from the following link:
