So it was all natural light? In that case, post the uncropped original files with full EXIF so they can be analyzed.

That I prefer not to do, for privacy reasons.

However, I extracted the EXIF details and put them side-by-side.
Actually, except for the time and brightness values, there is hardly any difference.

I think your answer is auto white balance. When you give the camera control you can get variation between shots. If you must have fixed color then you have to choose a fixed white balance. In this case my guess is the angle of reflection and sheen on the floor was impacting the auto white balance algorithm.
