M6Mkii horizontal lines using electronic shutter, iso above 100

Was very surprised today after testing my new EF-M32 lens that horizontal lines appeared in the very bright areas of the photos. After investigating I found that the lines  only appear when using the electronic shutter and using an iso above 100. To see them I have to zoom in 400%. I was zooming that much to test the sharpness of the lens. I repeated the test a number of times using both mechanical shutter as well as the electronic shutter. The lines only appear using the electronic shutter and using an iso above 100. They are not present using the electronic shutter and iso 100. It's not the lens, I repeated the test with the EF-M22 lens with identical results. Also the lines only show up in the very bright parts of the photo, in my case a yellow day Lily. I was outside on a sunny day when this occurred. I could not duplicate the issue using window light and a bright Lemon. The first image was shot using iso 800. The second image at iso 100.

I'm not too concerned about the issue since you have to zoom in a considerable amount to see the lines, but it seems there is a problem with either my camera/sensor or with the product/sensor itself. I attempted a search but didn't find anything indicating the same issue. Does anyone know of an issue with this camera/sensor causing this problem. Thanks
