Just wondering if anyone got some news regarding releases of 3rd party RF lenses?

Samyang (who supply Rokinon) withdrew their AF lenses, possibly due to them being EF protocol with an RF mount, possibly due to pressure from Canon, we may not ever be told why. My guess is that the big boys are waiting until they are sure they've cracked the RF protocol in a manner which will allow the patent lawyers to satisfy the patent offices. I'm not holding my breath. There are Chinese manual focus and aperture lenses available now for the cheapskates.

Another reason to stick with dSLR..........

Not really.  I bought my first RF lens two years after I bought the camera body.  My EF lenses are easier to use on mirrorless, and, while my third-party filter mount adapter isn't quite as much use as I'd hoped, it does allow me to use filters with my 12-24mm lens.  I would probably have bought EF lenses if there had been EF equivalents to my RF lenses, as then I could have mounted them on my DSLR and my EOS M cameras too.
