Hey JayLT4,

Nice photos. I've just ordered the 100mm RF as well and am looking forward to it arriving.

This thing: Raynox DCR-250

Is there a reason you use it over extension tubes?

Thanks!

Sorry for the late reply, but I sometimes get busy and haven't logged in here for a while.
I prefer the close-up filters because they are much easier to take on/off compared to extension tubes.  If for some reason I need to switch it out, I don't need to power off the camera, take off the lens/tubes, add/remove what I want, then turn it back on.  The Raynox filters use a very easy spring-loaded attachment to clip on the end of a lens.  For as long as I've used them I've never had them fall off, though I have heard of people breaking them.
I have both the DCR-150 and DCR-250 filters, so moving between them (or none at all) is just a painless process, that's why I prefer them.
