What would you do if you were me?

Hello,

A bit och background. I have been a happy amateur photographer for some 20 years. First real camera was a Nikon D70, then a Nikon D700 that I still have laying around. Then I had kids and and the camera tended to get left behind more and more due to it being fairly bulky and me having to pay more attention. I then went with a Fuji X-T3 to an X-T4, mainly for size, but as much as I liked the stills and lenses the autofocus was just subpar with 3 kids and a highly energetic dog so I've sold off all my Fuji gear about 2 years ago kind of hoping Nikon would come through since I have previous experience there. However, that's not the case when I've tried the Z5 and Z6. So now when the kids have gotten into sports and grown I feel like it'd be nice to get back to photographing with something other than my Pixel 6.

If you've gotten this far this leads to my question. Now I basicly have no gear at all to start with. I feel AF is more important to me than ISO performance if I had to choose between the two which leads me to my thoughts on the R10 and R7. The R10 makes most sense for me since I dont think I'd use the R7 to it's full capabilities since i mostly make small prints. Regardless of which one I'd end up with I am mainly thinking of lenses right now.

I know there might be more RF-S lenses coming out in the future, but in case it doesn't, would there be any EF-lenses that one should consider? On my D700 I basicly had a Sigma 50mm 1.4 on most of the time and a decent 70-300 for some reach at times. I didn't really need the 1.4 but it was nice to have. As much as I like primes it always strikes me how nice it is to have some zoom capability so I guess this turns out to a very open question.

If you were me and was trying to keep things moderately good on a budget, what lenses would you get if you were trying to get something in the 50mm FF-equivalent range, zoom or otherwise and something that would be useful to outdoor sports that went up to at least 200mm on an R7/R10.

Are there any EF gems that I should search for or should I just settle for one of the kit lenses at first and see what comes next?

I wish I didn't have to put a budget on myself, but knowing me it's quite necessary. I know there's still a chance I am overestimating how many photos I'd be able to shoot with 3 kids and a dog so trying to be realistic here.

Anyway, thanks for reading, any advice is welcome.
