Is it possible or viable a speedbooster from RF-S to RF?

No, because they are the same mount. If you add a speed booster in there, then you will be moving the lens away from the mount. That turns it into an extension tube as well, so you'll only be able to shoot macro.

Is there any Physics limitation?

EF - RF or EF to M booster works because EF was designed for a 44mm deep mount, and mirrorless is only around 20mm, so you have 24mm of extension space to work with to fit in the focal reducer lens elements.

I've heard the speedbooster works great with m50 EF-M mount.

For EF lenses (or other SLR mounts) for reasons mentioned above
