When a manufacturer has several products competing for interest, balancing price points becomes increasingly important.

Differentation is the key to target different user segments.

Canon has developed it into an art form.

Every strong brand name can profit from brand loyality. And boy do they!

Yes. And every fan of a certain brand believes "his" brand is justified in setting their prices high, while the other brands are tricking their customers into paying more for less.
