I totally agree that the RF-S glass is less than exciting, but I still think an RF mount makes sense with a high end ASP-C sensor. I have no plans on the RF-S glass, but paired with my R6, I see a great combination for my longer glass and wide angle. I'm sure that there will be many others out there with the same thought. I'm mostly disappointed that they decided to try a whole new set of ergonomics. I would have much preferred the R7 to have same body/controls as the R6(or R5). Leave the smaller body and lesser controls to the 10.
