Yes of course I'm talking about the 'Plastic Fantastic' wonder lens. Cost me £99 new, delivered.

The Olympus M.Zuiko Digital ED 40-150 mm F4-5.6 II Lens,

Using an OM-1 I thought I'd give it a go at BIF...just for fun.

Not the bests quality I've ever achieved with BIF, but the sure staggered me.

Using Bird AI the focus stuck to the subject like glue.

I even managed to capture a swallow, something I've never done before, and boy was he moving.

My DIY dot-sight comes in very handy, I never do BIF without it.
