Thanks for your comment. I usually snorkel (limited mobility), and if the wind makes the surf a little hard to use slower shutter speeds, I felt it would introduce movement, and to be honest I will take grain anytime against a blurred photo.

What I like about this light is that it has a built in battery, not removable, therefore less risk of flooding, and its cheap $118, 1800 lumens and includes red and blue light if you like to use. It charges over USB-C which means no hassles for me as everything else that I have is USB-C. I didn't notice a reddish cast but then again, I only used it for snorkeling.

I'd drop the shutter speed a bit to lower ISO. I generally find 1/160th-1/200th works well most of the time.

How is the light? I found my Kraken focus light gives a reddish cast to things when I shoot in ambient, even when I didn't think it was bright enough to affect things. But it doesn't take much added red to show up.
