100-400 holster, minus the FF bloat?

I'd like to have a tall holster bag for my EM1ii + Pana 100-400. I've been looking around, but everything seems a little porky for this combo.

I'm hoping for minimalist - thinnish padding, few or no pockets, decent weather resistance, and as light as possible. I just want some basic knock and weather protection - all my other junk can live in a daypack. I want quickdraw, so the hood has to stay on.

There are no doubt some extremely high quality and functional bags, like the Think Tank 20, but they're overbuilt for my purposes. They're also oversized. The body/lens combo is just over 4 x 5 x 10 inches. Most cases that can accommodate the lens have enough width at the top to accommodate an ff dslr - typically 6 x 8 inches or more. That's wasted space that gets in the way.

The closest thing I've seen is the Hyperlite Camera Pod (https://www.hyperlitemountaingear.com/products/camera-pod) but it's not quite long enough. Maybe the next closest is the Shimoda Top Loader (https://www.bhphotovideo.com/c/product/1525377-REG/shimoda_designs_520_114_top_loader_black.html) but I haven't seen one in person yet. There are some other attractive entries like the Wandrd Route Pack but they immediately start getting pretty big.

I think I've been through the collections of most of the usual suspects, but is there a something I missed out there?
