When i use Batch Bracketed Photos in Photomatix Pro v6.3 and output 32Bit unprocessed EXR image. Output file has metadata lost, e.g. what camera taken photo etc.

Is there way to preserve that metadata or somehow restore it for all EXR files?

As the hdr is a composite of several images what do you want to save?

Later i use HDR's to create panorama using Autopano Giga however after adding images it does not know what camera has taken photo, all i want is to have only camera Make and Model to transfer from original RAW images using EXIF to HDR/EXR file that Photomatix creates.

Not that I know of. If you save the 32bit output as a tiff file then you can use Exiftool to put back any missing metadata.

I use batch processing because i have 250 files i don't want to manually put in EXIF info for every EXR file.
