GH6 and V-Log: with which of the two options is the exposure less wrong?

Hi, I have just bought Panasonic GH6 and I use it only to shoot in V-Log, 4K 50p 10bit 4:2:2. I use the GH6 in manual with variable ND filter. I don't have much free time to handle the camera before shooting.
I know enough the difference between the 2 options and I did some tests too. But I'd like to know your opinion. I shoot people outdoors while they work on the road or in the fields. In your opinion with which of the two options is the exposure less wrong? I attach the pic. I thank you.
